Personal Training & Pilates Instruction

PERSONAL TOUCH

Linda provides a training program based upon your needs, time allotment, and specific goals. One program is never the same as the next. Because we are ALL different, so are the programs. Sessions are 30 or  60 minutes depending upon your needs.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Treadmill, Elliptical, TRX, BOSU, Ballast ball, free weights, stretch ropes, bands, tubing, hydroball, surge, medicine ball, foam rollers, functional training machine, reformer. There are a lot of options to provide modifications as well as prevent boredom. Private, semi-private, live and virtual trainings available.

PILATES

The benefits of Pilates include improving posture, strengthening of the core, increasing  flexibility, toning and streamlining your body, and adding a mind body awareness. Mat, reformer, and tower are available options. "In 10 sessions, you feel better, 20 sessions you look better, 30 sessions you have a completely new body." Joseph Pilates


GROUP CLASSES

Follow-along group exercises classes sporadic through the month. Virtual and in person (IRL) are offered.  Video on demand library is available
