Linda is a fantastic instructor. I took a few classes last year when BOSU offered livestream workouts. I loved her teaching style and programs. Now, I enjoy her Pilates classes on Saturday mornings - especially when they use the BOSU! BOSU Pilates is an upgrade to regular mat Pilates, offering an extra challenge for those who are familiar, but also a fun experience for those who are starting out. It’s a quick, 30-minute workout that’s a great introduction or great supplement for those wanting to start their weekend right!
The variety of whole body exercise put into a 30 min workout was very good. Linda demonstrated each movement so well that I could easily follow, even with no sound for most of the class. ( my fault, not hers)
