Two different Pilates workshops to choose from. One is all on the mat. The other is Pilates on a suspended training system: Pilates TRiX.

Three different suspended training system options to learn some basics, add small apparatus, and tri-planar programming. 


Outside the Box, Circuit and Interval Training, Partner Drills


Now all workshops and certifications are four hours. Double up in one day, or do all three of each equipment to get the biggest discount and FREE PRODUCT

How does it work?

Two ways to host a workshop: each person pays individually (via venmo or certified check) or the facility agrees to one discounted price for a specified number of participants

 (usually 10-15 people).
