PERSONAL TOUCH

Linda provides a training program based upon your needs, time allotment, and specific goals. One program is never the same as the next. Because we are ALL different, so are the programs. Sessions are 30, 45, or 55 minutes depending upon your needs.

PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS

Treadmill, Elliptical, TRX, BOSU, Ballast ball, free weights, stretch ropes, bands, tubing, kamagon, surge, medicine ball, foam rollers. There are a lot of options to provide modifications as well as prevent boredom.

PILATES

The benefits of Pilates include improving posture, strengthening of the core, increasing  flexibility, toning and streamlining your body, and adding a mind body awareness.
